TeamEzz Terms of Service
Clear, transparent terms governing the use of India's all-in-one business operations and HRMS software.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Binding agreement upon account creation or service usage.
By accessing or using the TeamEzz platform (provided by Ascorp Technologies), you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity to these conditions.
2. Service Description & Subscriptions
Cloud-based HRMS, statutory payroll, attendance, expense & business tools.
TeamEzz provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for HR management, statutory payroll processing (PF, ESI, TDS), mobile GPS attendance tracking, expense approvals, GST invoicing, and client relationship management (CRM). We continuously update and refine system features.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
Maintaining credential confidentiality and authorized access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your organization's tenant workspace. You must notify us immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Monthly/annual advance billing with 60-day free trial terms.
TeamEzz offers a free 60-day trial with full feature access. Following the trial period, subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis based on selected user tiers. All paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable Indian laws.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
Customer retains 100% data ownership; TeamEzz owns platform software.
Your organization retains 100% ownership of all uploaded employee data, financial records, and business documents. TeamEzz and its licensors retain exclusive ownership of the platform software, user interface design, trademarks, and system intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Prohibition of malicious activities, reverse engineering, or scraping.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activities, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure, reverse engineer platform source code, or breach data privacy rules.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Service provided 'as-is' with standard operational uptime commitments.
TeamEzz provides cloud services using industry-standard infrastructure uptime practices. In no event shall Ascorp Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India under Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
