We collect information you provide directly to us when setting up your TeamEzz account, including employee names, business email addresses, phone numbers, statutory identification (PAN, Aadhaar, UAN), salary structure configurations, and organization details required to provide HRMS and payroll operations.

We use collected information strictly to operate, maintain, and enhance our services — including automating monthly payroll calculations, generating statutory compliance filings (PF, ESI, TDS), sending automated time-off notifications, generating invoices, and providing technical customer support.

We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your organization's employee or financial data to third-party advertisers. Information is shared strictly with authorized partners required to fulfill service operations — such as banking gateways for direct salary payouts, GST e-invoicing servers, and cloud infrastructure providers under strict NDA agreements.

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols, while stored employee documents, payslips, and databases are protected with AES-256 bit encryption and daily redundant cloud backups.

Your organization retains 100% ownership of all stored employee records and business data. Organization Super-Admins can request full data exports or permanent account deletion at any time by contacting our privacy compliance team.
